For 15 years, I have been intensively pursuing my path of self-knowledge, the unfolding of my inner truth, healing and transformation. I walk it as a woman, as a lover, as a seeker. <\/div>\n

As a daughter, sister, mother, warrior and increasingly also as a priestess and midwife of a new era. All this in great humility before the great mystery and in deep gratitude for the magic that rewards our courage to leave familiar paths. <\/div>\n

My heart, my passion and my intuition show me the way through sometimes dark valleys and sometimes shining peaks, they guide me like a golden thread of truth, of essence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, I have done a lot of training and learned a lot, but what really guides me in my work with people is my love, my curiosity and my enthusiasm for healing and growth.I know that transformation is possible and that you have everything you need within you. I can open, support and hold deep spaces because I have and continue to deeply explore my own pain, loneliness, sadness, despair and powerlessness – as well as desire, passion, joy and ecstasy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
One of my most important guiding stars is and has always been humor – it has saved me from many a dark valley and it also shapes my work with people.<\/div>\n
Combining lightness and depth, as well as tenderness and strength, is my strength.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I have been working in my own practice since 2014 as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, systemic<\/wbr>constructivist coach and talk therapist according to Rogers. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
I am certified in Equine Assisted Therapy and Coaching (Skyhorse EGE) and am a LearningLove Teacher for working with couples and individuals. I completed the 3-year training in body-based trauma therapy according to Peter Levine “Somatic Experiencing” and “NARM” for the healing of developmental trauma (according to Dr. Laurence Heller). <\/div>\n

For many years I have been traveling in shamanic spaces, guided by masters and master plants. For a few years now, I have also been passionately exploring the field of tantra and sacred sexuality. <\/div>\n

It is about discovering, appreciating and living the untouched and whole essence that lies hidden beneath all our protective layers and injuries. It is about coming home again, arriving and being in the moment, in the here and now. Everyone has the potential to live their life consciously, self-determined, connected, aligned and in love and to experience the challenges that inevitably come with it as an opportunity to grow. <\/p>\n

I have been working as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy and coach for personal development in my own practice for around 10 years. My work is fundamentally influenced by Gestalt, body and systems therapy. Meditation and conscious breathing are an essential part of my life. I was trained as a trauma therapist (NARM – Neuro Affective Relational Model) by Dr. Laurence Heller and work with approaches such as “Somatic Experiencing”. <\/p>\n

My own search for more balance and contentment showed me teachers like Dr. Krishnananda & Amana Trobe, from whom I was able to learn how to work with couples and individuals .<\/p>\n

My love of nature and therefore of animals, especially horses, led me to Ariana Strozzi Mazzucchi in 2009 , who trained me in using horses as mirrors to accompany people on their path of development.<\/p>\n

In order to invite my sexual life energy and authentic closeness, intimacy and passion into my love life, I explore different tantric approaches.<\/p>\n

I run men’s seminars because I have experienced time and again how beneficial it is for men to find strength in the company of men. “Lion Heart – The Men’s Podcast<\/a>” was created out of a longing to get to know more mature masculinity. <\/p>\n

For over 15 years, I have gained life and management experience in various management positions at international companies such as ProSieben Sat1 Media AG and Google.<\/p>\n

With passion and humility, I am inspired by the “Red Road” (The Way of the Heart) of the North American Lakota Oglala Native Americans and am accompanied by the two “elders” Thomas Kanatakeniate Cook, a Wolf Clan Akwesasne Mohawk and his wife Loretta Afraid of Bear Cook (Oceti Sakowin), among others. Their way of life, their spiritual growth and their connection to the earth are characterized, among other things, by sweat lodge, vision quest and sun dance rituals. <\/p>\n
