We believe in the uniqueness of every person and that each person carries within them the ideal “solution”, a whole and healthy core that needs to be discovered and experienced. In our work, we focus precisely on these self-healing powers, the inner wisdom and thus the potential that is inherent in all of us and is waiting to be revealed and unfolded. We would like to invite you to discover this potential.<\/p>\n

We are happy to accompany you as coaches or through therapeutic processes. We support people who want to go deeper in individual sessions or in our seminars<\/a> with elements of Gestalt and body therapy, Somatic Experiencing, NARM <\/span>as well as a systemic and constructivist approach in times of change, crisis or upcoming decisions. Meditation, breathing and mindfulness exercises reinforce these processes.<\/p>\n

We experience that love in a deep and long-lasting relationship is one of the most beautiful and valuable experiences in life. Nevertheless, we must learn the ability to keep our love open, trusting and passionate. Love is an art! Over 18 happy years of partnership together, the support of two wonderful children and our training as couples therapists serve as the basis for our work with couples.<\/p>\n

The aim of our work is to help people to become aware of their very own but often subconscious needs, feelings, wishes and goals so that they can actively shape their lives according to this inner guidance.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Old things pass away so that new things can emerge. This is a fundamental principle of existence. Our lives are in flux and characterized by constant movement. Embarking on this path means being connected with yourself and what is, being aware of yourself and listening to your inner voice.<\/p>\n

We accompany people who want to look behind their fa\u00e7ade in order to experience and understand the causes and current effects of limitations and patterns. On the basis of these new impressions and feelings, we go one step further in order to create space together for what wants to reveal itself. This allows us to develop and surpass ourselves<\/p>\n

Individual sessions<\/strong> for couples or individuals<\/strong> are an appropriate setting to give the body, mind and soul the attention they need to heal old and unconscious wounds and open up to a new zest for life.<\/p>\n

Our work is based on a holistic approach that incorporates the mental and physical powers of self-healing, nature, love for people and the highest intelligence, life.<\/p>\n

All couple and individual sessions<\/b> take place in our rooms at W\u00f6rthsee (Bavaria)<\/strong>. Our hourly rate<\/b> for individual sessions is 120 \u20ac + VAT and for couple sessions 160 \u20ac + VAT. In these sessions either Manuela or<\/b> Carsten works individually.<\/p>\n

In exceptional cases, we are available in pairs (hourly rate x 2) for therapeutic sessions or coaching processes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
