I am so grateful for these days of coming to myself, of recognizing and feeling.
I was able to surrender with confidence. My heart was able to expand when I listened, when I was in contact, in the encounters with myself and others. I experienced a feeling of coming home to myself. Getting to the bottom of my shame and then feeling the irrepressible life force within me was pure joy. It felt like a triumph, a victory of life and love!
Since those days, I feel more present and with sharpened senses and a clearer and finer perception.

I've been back home for a few days now, after a week of training in horse-assisted coaching. I am so grateful, happy and deeply touched for the time together, the deep processes, the extensive learning, but above all for this space full of mindfulness, appreciation, protection and love! You have made it possible for me to come back to myself. For the first time since I was a child, I have a feeling of coherence and my place in this world again. My partnership has blossomed so much in the last two days. I can finally see what a great partner she has chosen for me. My partner and I were looking for ways to deepen our relationship and get closer to each other. The seminar gave us both and much more. We were able to understand our patterns and emotional stories and how they show up in our relationship. This gave us the key to changing the way we interact and communicate. It was an experience to see and feel how these large but sensitive beings are much more aware and sensitive to what is going on inside us, between us and around us.
