With the help of meditation and movement, breath and acceptance, sharing and mindful touch, we will immerse ourselves in our womanhood and in our body, the gateway to the present, where we find everything we need. We give space to our feelings without identifying with them, without holding on to them, in order to immerse ourselves in the essence of our being. We go directly into the experience, awakening into the immense power of our embodied femininity, supporting us on our respective paths and giving us the support we need to fully engage.

We explore together, without reservation and without judgment. We surrender, relax, nourish and are nourished. Here we can celebrate, mourn or simply flow. Everything is welcome. Because it is exactly you, as you are, that is needed in the here and now.

By reviving the ancient ritual of the women’s circle, we give ourselves the gift of time out from the demands of everyday life. We dare to connect with our deep knowing and intuition and practice being loyal to it in every moment.
By celebrating our womanhood and awakening ever more deeply, we not only heal old wounds within ourselves, but also contribute to the healing of our earth, the great mother.
