We have the choice, we can drown in pain or in powerlessness over world events or we can face them and “work” through them until we arrive back on the other side, with ourselves and in connection.

To do this, we will move alone in nature to hear our inner voice. We will gather in the group to share and see each other. We feel our fears, shame, sadness, emptiness or anger. And make ourselves approachable by showing ourselves. We experience the healing power of the sweat lodge ceremony and find a vision. We witness and celebrate ourselves in our greatness, wisdom and beauty.

You can expect a fusion of traditional rituals and new practices, deep meditations and finely curated, meditative exercises. In a carefully structured process, we explore together unknown and familiar aspects of being a man and a woman.

We work with approaches from coaching, vision search and ritual work. And with Council as the oldest and archetypal form of communication. We love fairy tales and myths. We use the power of staging and expression. And the wisdom of our body, which we activate through movement, touch and breath. It’s about confrontation and the connection that arises from it.

Above all, we use our hearts and can be amazed at what happens when we connect deeply with ourselves, with each other and with Mother Earth.

This healing of the divine, powerful and underlying connection between woman and man requires the participation of women and men. And she gets space in this circle. Attentive, controversial, honest and supported by mutual respect.
