xxxxxOur 3-day seminars are about relearning the basics of love. Through guided meditations and carefully designed exercises, we will explore our underlying hurts, because they are the source of conflict in relationships. When we explore these inner spaces, a door opens to deeply hidden feelings.
By reconnecting with and expressing these tender and vulnerable parts of ourselves, we can begin to understand, accept and transform our old patterns, wounds and protective mechanisms. We begin to let go of negative identifications and open ourselves to depth and passion in life. In this way we also discover our natural liveliness, joy, ability to love and silence
brand new.
The focus in this work is personal responsibility
non-violent communication and honoring who we are. Our seminar offers the opportunity for intensive self-awareness with non-confrontational, sensitive work that is also very effective. There is also space for individual topics, challenges, questions and concerns. xxxx

Contents of the seminar include
- We learn to accept ourselves deeply, with all our insecurities, fears and shame
- We begin to regain confidence in ourselves and value ourselves - for who we are and away from the belief that we are wrong or inadequate
- The dance between demarcation and fusion. We learn to get closer to each other and yet leave ourselves space
- We work with expectations, the great saboteurs of love
- We look together at the old patterns that cause separation and distance
- We come into mindful contact with our vulnerability in order to create an openness for deep love and intimacy in our lives - with ourselves and others

The seminar takes place in the beautiful and new seminar house Guggemos, Altkreuth 2 in 82405 Wessobrunn.
Seminar fee
For 3.5 days seminar: 495 € (incl. VAT) per person (pure seminar costs)
Organization
- Starts on Thursday at 7.30 p.m. (arrival from 5 p.m.); It ends on Sunday at around 4 p.m.
- Rooms are available either in the seminar house for a total of €110 per person in a double room (limited) or in the Gasthof Eibenwald for a total of €200 per person in a double room. Both accommodations can be booked through us.
- Overnight stays in a camper or tent cost 15 euros net per night and vehicle or tent.
- The vegetarian full board starts on Thursday with dinner at 6.30 pm and ends with lunch on Sunday (total board € 165 Thu-Sun).
- There is a one-off charge of € 50 per person for the use of the seminar house.
