"Learning Love" for Men

Living vulnerability

The Path of Men

Many men often become clearer about their “male wounds” when they are with other men. Usually, we hide these wounds behind masks in everyday life, and they are rarely visible in mixed groups.

This is a seminar for men who want to work on their wounds, develop inner space, live their passion, and create a fulfilling life for themselves and their relationships.

The process will be a combination of guided meditations, structured exercises, in-depth conversations, and movement.

Our Longing to be Whole

Many men lacked genuine role models. No fathers who could show vulnerability, who were trustworthy, present, courageous, or loving, and who stood in their healthy masculine strength. Sometimes, men also lack trust in women because during their moments of greatest vulnerability, they had a mother who was overwhelming or had negative experiences with men, which prevented her from nurturing the male potential within us.
Based on our own experience and years of working with men, we know how strong the desire is for the deep and instinctive masculine energy that resides within us all. When it is allowed to unfold, it results in a calm, connected, and joyful masculinity.

Sometimes, we need a break to reflect on what needs to be seen or felt.
Regardless of where we come from, it is now our responsibility to reclaim the masculine attributes and qualities that restore balance in our relationships, ecosystems, and last but not least, in our hearts. Men are called to recognize and live as who we truly are.

To take this step and harness our strength as men, we must reconnect with our vulnerability, reconcile with ourselves and our wounds, and confront our darker sides. To uncover the treasure of our masculine depth, it takes courage, perseverance, direction, and above all, compassion.

A man who wants to walk the path of masculinity must be willing to let go of what has held him back so far.

"A man who knows himself no longer needs masks."
