Managers

Authenticity & presence

Coaching for managers

If you want to lead others, you need to know yourself. In a coaching session individually tailored to your needs as a manager, you will experience the unique significance and effect of horses when it comes to authentic self-leadership and leadership. You gain insights into natural and intuitive aspects of leadership and can experience new insights into the effect of your unconscious behavior on employees.

Horse feedback

Leading means knowing who I am and what I want. By working with the horse, which in the workshop represents the employee, a team goal, the customer or similar, the strengths and weaknesses of communication and leadership quality become transparent and recognizable.

During their time with the horses, managers have the opportunity to test how flexible and creative they are when selecting different communication and management tools. Because the horses reflect exactly what we convey to them and give us direct and open feedback.

"We should become silent in order to listen. We should listen in order to learn. We should learn in order to prepare. We should prepare to serve. We must serve in order to lead."

Authentic leadership

Horses naturally seek guidance and follow clear, authentic leadership. For the sake of their safety, horses have a very keen sense of the genuineness and authenticity of their herd leader and are not fooled by “appearances”.

Horses, like many employees, do not compromise on their safety and welfare. Based on respect and trust, they voluntarily follow the one who radiates clarity, determination and composure. In this respect, horses and humans working together in teams are very similar. Horses help us to develop our natural leadership skills and experience what natural authority and authentic leadership means and how it feels.
