I am so grateful for these days of coming to myself, of recognizing and feeling.
I was able to surrender with confidence. My heart was able to expand when I listened, when I was in contact, in the encounters with myself and others. I experienced a feeling of coming home to myself. Getting to the bottom of my shame and then feeling the irrepressible life force within me was pure joy. It felt like a triumph, a victory of life and love!
Since those days, I feel more present and with sharpened senses and a clearer and finer perception.
I would like to thank you both, Manuela and Carsten, from the depths of my heart, for setting up these days, for the safe framework, for your attentive accompaniment to our injuries and healing. For the gift of getting in touch with my essence, feeling its beauty, its power and its tenderness and love!

I've been back home for a few days now, after a week of training in horse-assisted coaching. I am so grateful, happy and deeply touched for the time together, the deep processes, the extensive learning, but above all for this space full of mindfulness, appreciation, protection and love! I was able to experience being allowed to be who I am, to show myself with everything that is there at the moment, to bring my whole self out. I came back from this training week with renewed courage and strength. Dear Manuela, dear Carsten, I feel that what you both bring into the world is so infinitely valuable! You have made it possible for me to come back to myself. For the first time since I was a child, I have a feeling of coherence and my place in this world again. My partnership has blossomed so much in the last two days. I can finally see what a great partner she has chosen for me. We are brutally honest with each other and love each other more intensely than I have ever loved before. I was also able to take my presence into my work. All the things I've been putting off for ages: done in just a few hours! I am a better manager and colleague thanks to honest communication and interest. Last but not least, I finally regained access to spirituality in my life. Nature is my religion and the forest is my cathedral. This experience changed my life.

Still touched by this experience of inner liberation, of giving our love the deep space we wanted again. In the countless seminars I have attended during my life, your seminar is absolutely outstanding, I would even say the best I have ever attended. You two, Manuela and Carsten, live the heart man with his profound knowledge and showed us through your authentic interactions during the seminar that it is possible to free yourselves as a couple from crises and to reposition yourselves.

My partner and I were looking for ways to deepen our relationship and get closer to each other. The seminar gave us both and much more. We were able to understand our patterns and emotional stories and how they show up in our relationship. This gave us the key to changing the way we interact and communicate. Everything works and vibrates after these days with you and all the wonderful men. I have great respect for the spaces you are able to open up with all the men with different levels of experience. What a gift when such different people can meet and show each other so intimately on such different paths. So much gratitude in me to you both.

It was an experience to see and feel how these large but sensitive beings are much more aware and sensitive to what is going on inside us, between us and around us. I have already read several books and attended seminars. But the horses bring a completely different quality to the confrontation with oneself. It's worth it!
